Services & pricing

Three ways to get started, at a price you will know in advance.

No retainers. No discovery phases that turn into invoices. Pick the tier that matches where you are. The price you see is the price you pay.

Scoped before it ships

Every build starts with the business problem, not the software.

Before choosing tools, we map what happens today: who touches the work, where information gets stuck, what errors cost money, and which parts still need human approval. That keeps the project useful and keeps the price controlled.

  • Workflow map
  • Fixed quote
  • Build checklist
  • Handover plan

Tier 01

The Audit.

You have five workflows that feel painful. Not all of them are worth automating. The job here is figuring out which one to fix first.

By the end of the week you have a written answer: which workflow to start with, what it will cost, what it will save, and what to leave alone. Hire us for the build or take the document elsewhere. Either is fine.

Good fit if

You suspect there is automation worth doing, but you do not want to commit budget without an outside read. Or you have been pitched by other vendors and want a plain-English second opinion before signing.

Tier 02

Most common

The Install.

You know what is broken. You want it built and shipped. You do not want to manage a vendor through a dozen meetings to get there. The Install is the straight line.

A few things this tier typically builds

  • AI-qualified lead pipeline, from form intake through CRM routing and the first reply
  • Automated customer email sequences with AI personalization per segment
  • Internal operations dashboard with AI-written summaries pulled from your tools
  • AI-assisted content production engine, from brief intake to published piece
  • WhatsApp or Line chat automation with human escalation built in
  • Data-entry and report-generation workflows, quietly automated in the background

What you pay depends on the scope. A single-process build sits at the lower end of the range. A build spanning two or three tools that needs custom integration logic lands higher. Either way, the number is fixed before you sign anything.

Tier 03

The Operator.

Your first system is live and your team is starting to lean on it. New ideas surface. Edge cases come up. Monthly retainer, same builder, no rebrief required.

Only available to

Clients who have completed an Install. There is a six-month minimum commitment, and after that it goes month to month. Most clients who start The Operator end up keeping it.

Not what we do

A few things worth being clear about.

These requests come up often. If one of them describes what you actually need, we can point you to someone who does it well. Saying no fast is part of the job.

What happens next

From first call to kickoff.

  1. 01

    Book a 30-minute call

Pick a time that suits you. You will get a short pre-call questionnaire so the conversation itself can actually be useful rather than exploratory.

  2. 02

    The call itself

Thirty minutes covering the workflow you are thinking of automating, your current stack, and what a real win would look like for your business.

  3. 03

    A written follow-up

Within one business day you will have a written read on which tier might fit, what it would cost, a rough timeline, and an honest view on whether this is even the right path for you right now.

  4. 04

    Scope, quote, and kickoff

If it looks like a fit, you get a fixed-price quote and a one-page scope document. A 50 percent deposit kicks off the build. The balance is due at handover.

Not sure which tier fits?

Book a 30-minute call and bring the workflow on your mind. You will get a direct recommendation, whether that turns out to be one of these three tiers, a different path entirely, or hiring someone else better suited to what you need.
