About
Why Bangkok Automation exists.
A focused automation studio for small and medium businesses operating in Thailand. Specific workflows, clear business outcomes, fixed scope, and no offshore handoff.
The story
Most automation help in Thailand sits at one of two extremes. Large consulting firms sell long transformation projects, while cheap offshore teams often quote low, ship late, and disappear after handover.
Neither fits a 10 to 50 person business with one workflow that needs fixing. Bangkok Automation is built for that gap. Fixed scope, priced up front, built locally, handed over working.
The narrow scope is the point. There is no sales team to feed, no account managers to route around, no offshore handoff. The person you talk to on the call is the person who quotes the work, builds the system, and answers your message six months later.
Operator context
The site is intentionally narrow because the work is intentionally narrow.
This is not a generic AI agency trying to sound bigger than it is. It is a practical automation studio for a specific kind of company, in a specific market, with a specific delivery model.

How we work
A few operating principles, not marketing slogans.
-
Built by the people who built it.
The work here comes from years of running and maintaining real AI systems in production. Nothing on offer is theoretical or borrowed from someone else’s playbook.
-
Your data stays in your accounts.
Everything is built on top of tools you own or set up in your name. Access is granted for the duration of the build and handed back at the end of it.
-
Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed up front.
You know what it will cost and what you will get before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprise line items.
-
The same team from day one through handover.
The team scoping the work is the team building it, handing it over, and still available three months later if something needs adjusting.
-
An honest opinion, even when it costs the project.
If your situation would be better solved by hiring someone, changing a process, or using a simpler tool, you will hear that from us rather than a sales pitch around it.
What we will not do
Equally worth being clear about.
-
Sell solutions looking for problems.
If there is no clear workflow worth automating, there is no build here. Saying so up front is part of the service.
-
Take on clients we do not believe will benefit.
Not every business is ready for this kind of work. Some will be in a year. Some never will. Better to say that than to spend your budget anyway.
-
Use your business as a testing ground.
Every component built into your system is something already running in production somewhere else. Your business is not where we figure things out.
If any of the above sounds like how you would want to work.
The first step is half an hour together on whatever problem is bothering you most right now. You walk away with a written read inside a business day, and there is no commitment to take it any further than that.
